  • Prep Time

    After purchase you’ll receive an email with detailed instruction on what we need from you to customize your brand and how to schedule your ‘To be Tailored 2 Weeks’ (when I customize your brand and need you to be available for feedback).

  • On your ‘‘To be Tailored 2 Weeks’ I will go through the semi-custom process by going through all your homework and determine what customizations we propose, then applying those customizations and sharing a preview with you, go through a round of revisions after your feedback, then create all the brand assets ready for you to launch!

  • We book a limited number of clients per month to ensure focus and quality.

  • Brand and web design projects are typically booked about 1 to two months out, depending on the demands of the season. We recommend reaching out sooner rather than later, even if your project's timeline is several months out, to remove the stress of time restraints. Rush projects are accommodated for a fee on a case by case basis.

    Note that your place in our schedule is considered secure only after your client agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.
